Printing Options in Microsoft Word
If a Word document has comments inserted into the text, or the Track Changes feature is activates, the file can be printed showing these mark-ups. Open the File menu and click the Print option. Click the pull-down menu marked Print What and select "Document showing mark-up." Now click the Print button.
