Programs such as Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer 6.0 all have Print buttons on their toolbars. These are "quick print" buttons: click one and the document will print without opening the Print dialog box. To select print settings, you have to access the Print dialog box by opening the File menu and selecting Print.
