When printing multiple copies of a document you can save some time by having the printer collate the pages (collating prints pages in order for each copy, rather than all the copies of page one, then page two, etc). Open the File menu and select the Print option. In the Copies section select how many copies to print, and then click the Collate box so a checkmark appears in the box. Click the Print button to start printing.
