How do I change the Windows XP start menu?

Select Windows XP Start Menu Style

If you don't like Windows XP's Start menu, you can chose to view the “classic” Windows Start menu instead. Single-click the Start button with the right mouse button, and click Properties. In the Properties window click the Start Menu tab. Now select “Classic Start Menu,” click the Apply button, and then click OK to close.
